We have several bookmarks and folders. Sometimes it's hard to figure out what a bookmarked page is. The name can't say it all. So we were looking for an extension that could fulfil our wish. Actually we've found some, but they are not exactly what we need i.e. lack of some features or has unfriendly interface. So we decided to create one ourselves which is a challenging task for us since this is our first Chrome Extension.

We decided to use the name "Pine" for our extension. It is a short name for "Pineapple" which has no special meaning more than a parody of Apple as we use Macbook for the Pine Bookmark Explorer development.

We believe simple is the best.
